Makena (Big Beach)

One of Maui’s largest beaches, nearly two-thirds of a mile of golden sand south of Wailea, tucked between two lava points. Swim, snorkel, or stretch out on the sand with views toward Molokini and Kahoolawe. Picnic facilities and restrooms are available.
